RS/tRNA Additional Notes
Incorporated Anap into hSOD-33TAG at 1.2mg/L in shake flasks.
Able to incorporate Glutamine Binding Protein(QBP) at amber codon position Asn160. Amber mutant QBP containing a C-terminal His6 tag (QBP-160TAG) was expressed and purified in the presence of the evolved tRNA Leu CUA /Anap-2C pair and 0.4 mM Anap in S. cerevisiae.
Incorporation of Anap into QBP was confirmed by ESI-MS
