RS/tRNA Availability
It can be procured from AddGene #31186 under the name pEVOL-AzF. Note the Addgene entry states that an additional D286R mutation is present that was not mentioned in the original publication.
RS/tRNA Additional Notes
Using 1 mM pAzF in glycerol minimal media w/ leucine, led to high-fidelity production of myoglobin(2) at 2mg/L. MS confirmed the fidelity. Also used to put pAzF into GST at 5 different sites and one site near the dimer interface allowed 10-30% crosslinking when photoactivated.
