RS/tRNA Additional Notes
In DH10B cells, media contained 1mM 3-Fluoro-4-nitro-p benzoyl-L phenylalanine, under these conditions Bpa-RS-V164A produced approximately 600 mg/L sfGFP.

In DH10B cells, media contained1mM 4-Nitro-p-benzoyl-L phenylalanine, under these conditions Bpa-RS-V164A produced approximately 800 mg/L sfGFP.

Of note, Bpa-RS-V164A also had very general permissivity for other ncAAs, however it had the most yield of sfGFP when incorporating these two amino acids. Other synthetases created in the foundational study have their own entries containing the ncAAs they incorporated most effectively.
