In DH10B cells, successfully incorporated sfGFP protein in the presence of either 1mM o-Nitrobenzyl-2,6 difluoro-L-tyrosine or o-Nitrobenzyl-2-fluoro-L-tyrosine with significant quantities of protein yield, results verified by mass-spectrometry analyses on tryptic fragments.
