Expressions of full length sfGFP protein was achieved with AznLRS and 5mM Azidonorleucine, with a yield of 20 mg/L. Results were confirmed with ESI-MS.

A ubiquitin variant Ub-K48AznL with a C-terminal 6Γ—His tag and AznL incorporated at the original K48 position was produced at 10 mg/L under similar conditions. MALDI-TOF MS confirmed their results.
