RS/tRNA Additional Notes
In BL21(DE3) cells, fluorescence assay was performed using GFP-AcrF151 with the addition of 1mM p-Acrylamido-(S)-L phenylalanine yielding a 2-fold increase in GFP expression versus the absence of p-Acrylamido-(S)-L phenylalanine. Characterization using SDS-PAGE and ESI-MS was performed with the observed mass not precisely correlating to the literature mass, but was explained as potentially corresponding to a GSH adduct of GFP-AcrF151.
