In DH10B cells, MjYRS/tRNAtyr was cloned onto a pDule vector, then co-transformed with pBad-sfGFP-150TAG in the presence or absence of 1mM 4-(6-methyl-s-tetrazin 3-yl)amino-L phenylalanine. Only in the presence of ncAA was full-length sGFP observed. Results were confirmed by ESI-MS and SDS-PAGE.
