RS/tRNA Additional Notes
In DH10B cells, Tet-v2.0RS was cloned onto a pDule vector then co-transformed with pBad GFP-TAG150 in the presence or absence of 1mM Tet-v2.0, yielding 13mg/L of GFP after purification. Results were confirmed with ESI-Q mass analysis.
