DH10B cells with 1 mM 3F,4-nitro-Bpa yielded ~600 mg/L sfGFP(150), and with 1 mM 4-nitro-Bpa produced ~800 mg/L sfGFP(150) compared with 1800 mg/L for WT sfGFP. Also worked well with Bpa (~600 mg/L) and 4F-Bpa (~850 mg/L) but another RS from the study incorporated those ncAAs more efficiently.
