Yielded ~100% efficient (i.e. protein yield equivalent to WT protein) incorporation of O-MeTyr into dihydrofolate reductase(3) with full fidelity by MS. Kinetic studies showed kcat/Km was ~100 fold higher for O-MeTyr than Tyr.
