In DH10B cells, pTrc-HisA-sfGFP150TAG was transformed using ONB-2FYRS-1, with expression of 2mg/L full-length protein observed only in the presence of o-Nitrobenzyl-2-fluoro-L-tyrosine. Additionally, pTrc-HisA-sfGFP150TAG was transformed into DH10B cells using the RS in the presence of 1mM o-Nitrobenzyl-3-fluoro-L-tyrosine, which also yielded full-length protein only in the presence of ncAA.
