TCO-lysine incorporated into position 150 of sfGFP at 6-12 mg/L culture and confirmed by ESI-MS. Also efficiently incorporated TCO-lysine into EGFR and Jun constructs in HEK293 cells and they underwent reaction with tetrazines.
